As @SonTran has mentioned, if you turned UAC completely off this prompt would definitely go away. So likely you have not done this properly or there is some group policy higher level that is keeping it on.
- Click "Start"
- Start typing "Control Panel" and click it
- Click "User Accounts
- Click "Change User Account Control settings"
- Drop the bar down to "Never notify"
- Click "OK"
- Restart your workstation
If this does not stick then you need higher level permissions or you need for your user to be setup as "Local Administrator".
To set your user as a local admin here are some steps:

If neither of these work you could let SAP run as a user and not as an administrator.
- Click "Start"
- Type "SAP Business One" to bring up the icon
- Right-click the start menu icon and select "Open file location"
- Find the shortcut and right-click >> Properties
- Under the "Compatibility" tab make sure you uncheck the "Run as administrator" checkbox
- Click "OK"
If none of this works it's still UAC but you just need an IT person to help you with the user profile. That message is 100% related to UAC settings whether they are local to the user or inherited by the domain.
