Automatic storage based on storage bin type

Hello SAP community, 

As part of the receiving process via Warehouse Management (WM), I'm having problems with the automatic allocation of bins based on a storage bin type (Carton, Pallet, etc...).

When the inbound delivery is modified with a view to creating the storage task, a carton HU is created, but when I create the warehouse task, the system is unable to determine the destination bin, even though it is set up so that only cartons can be stored there.

We want the system to automatically suggest locations bin that meet the storage criteria defined in advance.

Please find below my various settings :

CBC :

               1. Define Storage Bin Types

               2. Define HU Types for Each Storage Type

               3. Define HU Types for Each Storage Bin Type

               4. Assign Storage Bin Types to Storage Types

               5. Maintain Storage Types

SAP WM :

1. Warehouse Monitor

              2. Change Inbound Deliveries

              3. Warehouse task

Could you help me to understand why SAP has not found a location and is placing the goods in the clarification zone by default ?
