Plan version current plan was set

Hi Community,

in our GRC-Development system we have the following problem with the component EAM.

While trying to login to a target system, we are receiving an unknown error "Plan version current plan was set". SAP Note 1769547, which refers to a Kernel update, was applied, but same error occurs.

Can anybody please help?

GRC SP 12; kernel level is 425 (highest available); kernel 7.20 64-bit Unicode.

After we upgraded to Kernel release 721, we were still unable to check out an ID.  After adding the following auth to the firefight ID, the problem was resolved.

Auth Object:  S_RFC

ACTVT = 16

RFC_NAME =  ABAP4_LEAVE_TO_TRANSACTION

RFC_TYPE = FUNC

Hi Karsten,

I would be keen to know the resolution to this, if you could kindly share please.

We are facing similar issue in EAM (we are on SP 13) and receive the message "Plan version current plan was set  After we enter the reason code, text etc., the FF ID login status turns to red and nothing comes up. I can see that the RFC user resets the FF ID password on the target system, as expected. Tried system trace, SLG1, ST22 on ECC / GRC systems- but can't figure out the issue. EAM plug-in settings have been set in sync with the GRC config table.".

What could be the issue? I came across SAP Note 1691882 regarding kernel upgrade, but not sure if this would solve the problem.

Any input/guidance will be highly appreciated

Hi Maddy,

unfortunately we have not yet found a solution.

We tried a lot of SAP-Notes but without success.

For this issue we have still an open SAP-Note and try to find a solution in cooperation with SAP.

As soon as there is any news or we find a solution, I will post it immediatly here.

Please let me also know if you find a solution for this problem.

You can find attached a list of SAP-Notes we already tried.

Maybe one of them solves your problem.

SAP Note 128447 - Trusted/trusting systems

SAP Note 1769547 - firefighter login not possible, no new window is opened

SAP Note 1665966 - Too many ABAP short dumps after an error

SAP Note 1691882 - FireFighter no longer works

SAP Note 1579570 - Problem with trust relationship after using HMAC

SAP Note 1491645 – Unauthenticated system access via RFC or HTTP

SAP Note 555162 - Asynchronous RFCs with a dialog using a SAP router

SAP Note 1120213 - Role for support activities in CST, VMC, and RFC areas

SAP Note 1895204 – Firefighter Fighter user is not able to login

Kind regards

Sergius Karsten

Hi Karsten - Did you find the fix for this issue? I am finding this issue and unable to resolve in 10.1 v13

Hi Karsten,

As per your symptom, below could be the things which needs to be taken
care...

1. FFID is System or Dialog user type.     Your ID is already covere
under this creteria.

2. FFID is locked.    Your FFID is also not locked in Plugin system.

3. RFC user has all the required authorizations.
RFC user has SAP_ALL profile.

4. RFC connection should be Trusted.    You can again cross check if
this is trusted or not. You can refer to SAP Note 1701047 for more
detail.

Maintaind the parameters 1000 & 1001 in the plug-in system as  mentioned in the sap note1661178
1-Parameter 1000- The Plug-in Connector is maintained
2-Parameter 1001-The GRC Connector is maintained

Dear Karsten,

As per your message description, your Kernel is the latest for the GRC box. What about the Kernel level for the GRCPINW?

Thank you,

Fernando

Hello Karsten,

This is not an error, it's just an information message. If you are still not able to login using FFID then there could be some other reason. Check ST22 for dump.

I checked ST22. There is no dump available.

What else could be the reason? Do you have any other ideas?

I still have no access to the backend-system with the Firefighter.

Hello Karsten,

Please check the ST22 on plugin system  for dump "CALL_FUNCTION_SINGLE_LOGIN_REJ". If Yes then please refer to the note :1579570.

Also confirm that when the firefighter tries to login via FFID then new screen opens up asking for login details or no new window comes up.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Karsten.

I am facing the same issue. Are you using Portal or Business Client?

Are you facing this issue accesing through Portal/Business Client or by backend?

Best regards.

We are using the Business CLient.

But I try to access via transaction GRAC_SPM.

When I click on the "Logon"-Button of a Firefighter ID, I can choose a reason code and enter the activities I want to do. After confirming, I receive the message: "Plan current plan was set" and then nothing happens...
