Unexpect Data inconsistency; check stopped

Hello Everyone, Hope I find you in good health.

Note: ( I am using SAP S4 HANA 2021 Version )

I have facing an issue related to posting a transaction in F-02 or FB50. Whenever i am trying to post an transaction and system will thrown a error message ( Customisizing ledger settings). When i have done my ledger settings and try to save the settings related to ledger, system show error ( unexpect data inconsistency; check stopped ). After this error unable to find any solution any one help, Thanks in Advance
