I'm Marcia, and I'm interested in the Digital Skills Initiative. Whilst I work in the SAP support space in my workplace, I have almost zero SAP skills and have had no training. I am really interested in learning how to use HCM and get into Payroll support, but this would be a pretty big career jump for me. There is a lot of project work in my organisation, but as someone with minimal SAP skills I am unable to apply for a role on these projects. Being involved in the Digital Skills initiative would really help my career move on.
