How to get started with SAP as a beginner (Consulting)

Hi Team,
I am really excited to start my journey with SAP. I am getting kinda overwhelmed by the number of certifications SAP provides and I have no idea where to start. I am an IT professional with 2 years of Technical support experience but I am trying to switch my domain to business administration ( IT Consulting ) but I have no knowledge of this i.e. beginner. Any info on this will be appreciated so I can get started and gain consulting knowledge.

It's also important to check your local job market to understand what skills are being sought - that would also be a great guideline.
