THE COMPANY/OPPORTUNITY
This business are one of the major players in the Oil & Gas industry, recording record profits over the last years, resulting in huge investment within their SuccessFactors technology.
They are looking to add an established SuccessFactors professional to their team, responsible for playing a significant role within their business when it comes to implementing and configuring all modules.
THE JOB
- Work closely with the SuccessFactors team, collaborating and sharing knowledge internally.
- Implementing and configuring all modules of SuccessFactors (except EC payroll).
- Working on complex and diverse projects, with this business regularly acquiring other businesses, you would be responsible for rolling out SF into these businesses and integrating them.
- Great opportunity for internal growth, allowing you to get hands on with all modules, before deciding whether you wish to stay as a multi-module professional or a SME across 2 or 3. Here you can grow vertically or horizontally, into Product Owner positions for example.
THE INDIVIDUAL
- 3+ years working on SuccessFactors configurations and implementations
- Great communication skills and enjoy working within collaborative environments
- Willing to commute to The Hague 2-3 times a week, whilst working 9 days every fortnight
- Passionate about learning and getting hands on with all SAP SF modules
