After migration of CRM system to HANA from Oracle, Application servers are also moved to new Hardware. When we run CRM_UI we get

Business Server Page (BSP) error

What happened?

Calling the BSP page was terminated due to an error.

Hi Sudip,

in transaction RZ11 check the settings for parameter ixml/dtd_restriction which need to be set to "expansion".

See KBA note 2913332.

Check also that note 3318025 is applied.
If parameter ixml/dtd_restriction is set to expansion, some of the required services are not activated in transaction SICF. Can you please review KBA 2635343 and activate the missing services.
