Date Profile in Service Request

Hi All,

I have some difficult to activate the Dates profile with the Service Request on CRM 7.0.

I assigned the standard Date Profile to my Business Transaction, but when I create a new service request I can't use the Date fields of my Service Request...they are blocked, inactive.

I follow all the steps of this link.

Do you have any idea?

Hi,

In Define Date Profile in spro under your date profile you can view the "Screen Areas: Dates" for the date types there is a check box for "Only disp Field".

Just uncheck this field and create a new transaction.

Hi Pepe, that flag is already unchecked...my problem is that all the date fields in my transaction seems to be inactive!

I solved the issue: the dates were inactive becasue I didn't create the Service product Investigation.

The Date Profile of the Service Request is determined at item leve, so if the system can't find any servce product, the dates will not be activated.
