french messages badly encoded cmscockpit

Hello,

After migration of hybris from 5.7 to 6.3, the cmscockpit in French language show messages badly encoded.

examples : -Ouvrez le menu pour changer de r\u00F4le utilisateur -La langue de vos donn\u00E9es est Français. Ouvrez le menu pour modifier les param\u00E8tres de langue

i back to answer to my question. After discussion with hybris support. the problem of encoding is in platforme, so the support propose a workaround to replace the file i3-label_fr.properties of cmscokpit by the file from the version 6.4
