Hello everyone I want to know how the customer can accept the sales quote sent to him by e-mail. what are the options and how is it automatically reflected in C4C.

Sales Quote

The sales representative sends the sales quote to the customer according to the output settings. If the customer accepts the sales quote, it can be set to Won and the status changes to Completed. With an external integration, such as SAP ERP, you can also transfer the sales quote into a sales order in the external system.

But my question is how do you establish won, is it manual?

Suppose we send the mail, the client tells you I accept by mail that sent mail triggers to won or the seller ( representative) must go to the quote and select won.
