How to test email complaints in SAP Marketing Cloud?

Hi community,

I was wondering about what is the best way to test if your ESP transports EMAIL COMPLAINTS correctly to SMC. Actually BOUNCES are easy to produce, but in regards of complaints I do have not the right idea how to test it in advance.

I do not have an overview of the email providers (Outlook, googlemail etc.) and which kind of communication triggers EMAIL COMPLAINT interaction back. Actually do I have to believe it works because all the other interactions (hard bounces, soft bounces) are working as expected?!

How do you test it?

stefan.sickert maybe this one helps using the AWS simulator

We used it in the apst. Not sure if it is still working good
