HTML mashup issue with Google Chrome

Have BOBJ report exposed as HTML mashup in C4C. Works well with Internet Explorer. However has issues with Google Chrome. The BI chart does not show up and instead here is the error message displayed = "The webpage maybe temporarily down or may have moved to different location"

This is not consistent , but pretty regular across all Chrome users.

has anyone seen this error? and know the root cause and solution. Would appreciate any help!

The problem was with HTTPS Certificates used on BOBJ servers. they used 128 bit. Google stopped support for 128 and that cause the problem. Now it is corrected and we are good. Thanks anyway

Hi,

Please check the PAM to be sure about the Chrome support for your installed BO version. For instance, on Windows 10 it's supported with 4.1 SP09 onwards.
