We have integrated our client’s Facebook page with the SAP marketing cloud. We have also submitted for different permissions, and we got them validated.
Our client decided to outsource the management of their Facebook page with an external agency.
That means that they are going to use a different Facebook ad account.
So, the created custom audience on Facebook based on Marketing cloud data cannot be used by the external agency business manager.
Does anyone know a way to be able to send Facebook campaigns trough a third party business manager but still use the target groups from marketing cloud and get the analytics?
