Hi,

At the bottom of the page there is a message saying "Please wait while fetching messages...", that doesn't go away. Anyone who has seen this before and knows how I can fix this?

Thanks,

RW

Hello Robbe,

note  1928712 should solve the issue. There was a problem within IE9 and a new note from framework which let the IE run in edge mode and not in compatiblity view mode.

You can test it as follows: goto IE tools menu and adapt the Compatibility View settigns such that applications in the intranet willb estarted in compatiblity view mode (second check bos below the web site list.)

Hope it helps.

Best regards, Djuri

Hi, first of all, thanks for the reply. The message is shown in IE, Chrome and Firefox. Also the note was already implemented.

Hi,

do you also have problems with the toolbar buttons? Please consider also note 1955710.

Hi,

Thanks for the advice. As far as I can see there are no problems with the toolbar buttons. Another thing tho is that there is a button, also at the bottom of teh page "Open Pop-up".

But maybe I should start a new discussion for this

Kind regards,

RW

Hello Robbe,

so the 'while fetching' message is gone?

A new discussion would be fine, and pls state which button you mean (english).

Hello Robbe,

Make sure you clear both browser and server cache and then retest.

Hi Robbe

So this looks likes it from a WEB IC Business Role, which would then indicate it may have something to do with Broadcast Messaging.

Take a look to see if there is any configuration existing on the system for this. Ultimately it looks like a bit of a bug so check with SAP OSS to see if there are any Notes on the subject

Regards
