Can we lock account in SAP CDC based on below conditions

Hi All,

Please help here.

We have a requirement where

We need to lock account if customer sent email or sms for more than 20 in an hour (For password reset or TFA validation) .

The platform will handle it automatically and will not allow a customer to spam emails or SMS from their accounts
