How to avoid an attachment to be deleted after the opportunity is won in C4C?

Hi Colleagues,

My customer in a need of support. They don't have a team to help them on PDI developments hence they asked me how can they prevent the end user to delete attachments once the opportunity has the status set to won? Is that possible without code?

For screen adaptation, try creating a screen rule that the action (delete) field is read-only when the status is set to won.

Hi Caique,

Attachments is a Reusable Component, which is shared accross many objects. For that reason, we cannot hide/disable the Delete button based on page layout rules (like if opportunity is complete).

You can use Adaptation Mode to hide the actions button, but that will be applied for all users in that business role.
