how to link the survey to the email template in SAP C4C

Hi Team,

We want to send survey via sales campaign. We have created the email template and put the placeholder for survey. we have tested it via test mail. We are getting the email but the link to survey is not opening the survey page. What are we missing ?Do we need to make a rule also. Please help.

Hi Pushpa,

Are you trying to sending out Campaigns with hyperlinks from surveys and the recipient is not receiving the hyperlink via e-mail ?

As of now, system only supports sending surveys links to Business Partner that are persons: Individual Customers, Employees and Contacts.

And what do you mean by do we need to make a rule also? (You mean workflow rule ?)

Hi Sai,

The survey will be sent to the business partners via an email having the link to open and fill the questions in the survey. Email with survey link will be sent to all the members present in the target group in sales campaign .So we have created the survey,target group, HTML email template and sales campaign. Below is the html coding.

When we are testing this via sending a test email. The mail body is showing the hyperlink but when we are clicking on it ,it is not redirecting to the survey page.

Could you please help?

Is any workflow rule needed here ?
