How to set English Material description as default when user login with local languages?

Users would login SAP with local languages (E.g: Korea, Japanese), currently in SAP, only Chinese & English local material description had been maintained in material master.

Is it possible for users who login in their local languages(E.g: Korea, Japanese) to always see English material description in Material Master?

Currently, Users are seeing Chinese material description.
