Hi guys,
we had requirement for designing report that needs to caculated incoming ticket in 24 hours, we had checked the ootb feature and do not find any key figure can do that, could any one help with this?

Hello,
Perhaps using the ticket priority field, which you configured with the Service Level with a 24-hour deadline, could be a solution.
Or, creating an index calculated based on the difference between the fields (Completion to) - (Reported in)
