SAP Enable Now Web assistant on C4C mobile app

Could you please advise if SAP Enable now Web assistant works on C4C mobile application?

If yes, is it the same content regardless of accessing it via mobile app or web browser? Is the content customizable?

Hi Noune,

If you open C4C in a browser (supported) on the mobile, Web Assistant will work and content should be available. Web Assistant is not compatible with Apps.

There are some recommended setting in Producer Help if you plan to have content consumed on Mobile:

Publishing for Mobile Devices

The following settings are recommended when publishing content for mobile devices:

• trainer style
  Use the trainer Style (Medium) for your content. The size of the style and buttons is optimized for mobile devices.
  Activate the style in the central configuration dialog box (menu Tools -> Settings... 😞 Playback Settings -> trainer - Global / Content type -> Visual properties -> Style.
• Publishing format
  Use the Standard or SLC format for your publishing.
  You can set the format in the publishing settings, when publishing content or creating a publishing rule.
  1. Standard - Publish on a server and link to content.
  2. SLC - Use SAP Mobile Documents for playback.
