Tickets to use mobile offline

Hello *, I have a problem with (service) tickets I expect mobile offline. Current transactions are not visible offline. A new created ticket is not synchronized to online. Are there any settings etc. I have to execute separately? Thanx for your support. Kind regards Thomas

Hi Thomas,

When working with the SAP Cloud for Customer for iPad app, you just need to sync the data before working offline and then sync it again once you're back online.
