Work Center not displayed

Hi,

I have copied a standard Business Role (SERVICEPRO) and assigned my user in that Business Role. But after logging in I am not getting any work Center Items in the Navigation Bar Profiles.

I have checked the Navigation Bar Profiles and found that the Visible settings are all properly maintained.

I have scanned the forum and google but didn't get any good hint on this. I got a couple of hints on Authorization Objects but they were of not much help as I saw all the authorization are maintained properly as per my understanding. I'm really clueless about the issue.

Any kind of help/ suggestion is most welcome.

Hi Samantak,

You need to ensure the following:

1. The work centers are active for your custom role in Adjust Work Centers page under Define Business Roles.

2. The logical links that you want to see in the work center are made visible by checking the corresponding Visible checkbox in Adjust Work Center Group Links page under Define Business Roles.

3. If you are assigned to multiple business roles, you select the right custom business role.
