Service Product Add on SD document.

Dear Experts,

         According to the user requirement, we want to add the service product on SD Sale order.

Require condition: when we sold to customer - sale order document has included Finished Goods Product and Service Product. These two products revenues are needed to split. And finished product is immediately delivered but service product will create servicing process after three months. For servicing process can link with service order from the sale order??

How to solve this condition?

Your post is not created with the required information.  How currently, the financial posting is happening ?

Financial posting will happen based on material Account Assignment Group.  Having said that, I am sure, your set up would be in line with that.  If that is not happening, please share more information with related screen shots

Thank you for your reply! Created the service product using T code - OISD that has attached customer service tasks list. That service product could be use at VA01 SD document. Our Financial Impact on SD document Customer Receivable - 100 DR Revenue - 80 CR (for inventory) Service Revenue - 20 CR (for service product) For Delivery Order Inventory items will be delivered to customers after completion of the Sale Order. For Service product we don’t create delivery but, can we want to create service notification using by sale order?
