What is the context that this is happening? Is it on test? Were you still configuring your transaction? Seems there is maybe something corrupt.
What i would do to solve this, is export some opportunities including this particular opportunity ID, using the data workbench. Then compare the records in your export and change the data in the opportunity that can not be opened currently. Then import (update/upsert) the data for the non working opportunity. Then check if you can still not open it.
If the issue remains you can always create an incident.
