What is the functionality of an Explicit trigger in Autflow in SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 also how to utilize custom buttons in the solution.
While creation of a button we have to mention the event name as well, how to utilize that?
For button, I think it is just a place-holder for now.

Explicit trigger - usually is On Create or On Update of selected Entity type record. For Engagement Activity, it also has add to timeline. For signal, it only has create, etc.

Hi,
Autoflows can be used for sending: Event notifications, Info notifications, Emails and approvals. It is also possible to update forecast categories within opportunities, using auto flow rules.
With regards to your question, the autoflow is not triggered on create or saved but: "Explicit Trigger -The rule is applied when you click Submit in the Autoflow case step. You must select Autoflow for step type in case type configuration."
