Workaround for KBA 2926632

Hi Community,

do you know if there is any workaround for problem described in this KBA?

I mean a workaround where it is not needed to contact all customers to change their security settings in outlook .. something that we could change on our side of the process.

But its not required to contact each customer and it can be done as mentioned

Safelinks are ON by default to provide the best protection for your account, you can turn them off by:-

    1. Signing in to https://outlook.live.com. Then select Settings > Premium > Security.
    2. Or ask you organizations IT Team or Administrator to help on turning it off.

    Do you face issue in this step?

    Hi Saravana, but it needs to be done in outlook settings of the receiver, doesn't it?

    Hi Florian,

    This is completely with Email Client and from SAP there is no work around for the same , but I guess if its for a particular domain , example ( @sap.com ) , then Organizations IT team should be able to control such settings.
