🔴 Building a Robust and Secure Connection between SAP S/4HANA and AWS with SAP BTP

SAP systems, being a prime target for cyber-attacks due to the valuable information they contain, make it imperative for enterprises to implement a multi-layer data security policy that starts by addressing network attack vectors exposed to the public internet. It allows access to private service endpoints and avoids the need for public endpoints when connecting to specific service instances across account boundaries. Traffic remains on the hyperscaler’s network, with no public internet access and guarantees data transfer over private network and privacy.

With the increasing adoption of the RISE with SAP offering, customers can now take advantage of new approaches to extend SAP S/4HANA or other SAP solutions on SAP BTP by blending hyperscaler services.

The engineering teams of SAP and hyperscaler partners released the SAP Private Link service to securely connect applications running on SAP BTP to workloads running on hyperscalers.
