10 sequence customization in translation method Y0901

We have created a copy Z0901 of the translation method Y0901 because we are trying to customize the first sequence changing the standard subitem 980 with a custom one (982, which should contain the delta opening exchange) defined as below:

Doing this, we receive this message and we can’t save.

Do you know if we are missing something?

Hi Mazen,

We haven't understood why if we keep the subitem 980, the rules works, while changing the subitem to 982, then we have to consider the partner unit detail in the breakdown category.

Please check the breakdown category definition applied to FS items in the selection. If the subitem 982 is not inlcuded there, then you will have to add it.

thank you for your answer, could you be more precise? We haven't understood what do you mean. We have already checked, all FS Items have subitems 900, 980 and 982 in their breakdown category.

Hi,

for example if selection S-CT-BS-CLO-OPE contains two FS items 111100 (which is assigned breakdown category 1A00) and 211100 (which is assigned breakdown category 1A20) and the latter breakdown category requires a mandatory partner unit whereas the first one 1A00 does not, then the system will not allow to post CTA of the selection on the triggering FS item.

Hi Chiara,

you need to check the breakdown config of the inlcuded FS items in the selection. They must be unified for the selection. Otherwise, the system will prevent you from posting on triggering FS item.
