4E9 Scope item-Error NR/751 in Manage Project Billing App

Hi experts! We are trying to prepare billing wit app "Manage project billing" and havin an error NR/751, which has no explanation. Can you help us to overcome this mistake?

Possible reasons are

• Billing date is in future for which FI period is not open
• Wrong billing date is filled due to custom code 
• Wrong billing date is passed via interface
