BAPI: Operation short text is not transferred when a standard text key is defined

Hello experts,

I'm using BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create orders and operations. I created a standard text key on CA10, and inserted this key on my operation, but the text not inserted to operation. Only if operation text is null.

My code is updated with note 780743, but not working. On iw32 is working normaly.

Can you help me ?
