As of now there is a transaction where the User Group A will delimits the special roles of respective team leads and it updates infotypes.
Then there is a User group B will recieve the email about this communication as formal.
Now users want to change to Approval of User group A & User Group B then only Update infotype.
I am thinking scheduling the Background job when user A Approves and Group B will come and execute job if they are ok or they can cancel the Job.
