CNMASSCREATE Error during GUID assignment: not possible to save

We need to add WBSs to existing projects and are using CNMASSCREATE, Create.

Succeeded creating Level1 WBSs but when including sub levels we get error message "Error during GUID assignment: not possible to save" - 054 Error, CNIF_PI SAP Message Class

Attached are the input file used and the result. As advised in OSS 2321481, only worksheet "WBS details" is filled in in the input file.

Could you, please, help what could be wrong and what to try ?

The issue was solved by implementing OSS note 3002263 - Side effect of notes 2898669 and 2912620
