#COE KKS01 Credit control area datas not seen in Search Help

Hi,

When we create posting document, we want to select another credit control area which are exist in the sytem but when we click search help button on the credit control area, only two of them are shown. Normally, 3 credit control area have to be shown in the search help. What will be the reason? How can we fix this?

Note; Also, credit segment is defined in the bp.

I think you have created three credit segments, but you have only created two credit control area.

please revisit configuration again.

Hi Raman,

we check all the configuration steps and all of them had been configured. How can we solve this?

For example, when we create a document, we can select unvisible credit control area and system accept the unvisible credit control area so, we can create documents without getting an error.
