Hi All,
I have scenario where the user has to enter/change the desired value in the Service contract under Periodic Billing plan tab.
Per the standard functionality, the values will be pre determined based on the period we defined, and these values are greyed out cannot edit.
The scenario in which the business have some back charges and they want to add more value (example: existing value of BP line item is 1000 USD, they will increase this to 1500 USD) in the billing plan item value and bill to the customer finally.
Can anyone suggest how to meet this requirement?.
