EDOC_COCKPIT - Triggering Edocuments from S4Hana system to Tax authority via SAP PI

Hello Experts,

Just wanted to know if is feasible to do following process in Invoice documents.

Whenever Invoice document is created, via functional configuration, Document is pushed to Edocument Cockpit.

Usually AIF prepares the complete proxy structure and makes a outbound call to 3rd party system like EDICOM for further processing.

I wanted to check and understand if PI system can be interfaced between eDocument cockpit and EDICOM.

We have below BADI's which can be used for defining connection parameters.

Can anyone tell if below BADI's are useful in establishing connection with PI or is there any other way ? PI is the integration strategy.

CPI is out of context here as its related to Simple Enablement.
