Error when creating a report in Crystal Reports in SAP Business One

Good morning

I am writing because I am carrying out the procedure: Execute a ´Crystal Reports´ report

1. From the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Administration Setup General Report and Layout Management (OK)

2. In the Report and Layout Management window, in the left navigation pane, navigate to the report you want to run and select it.Note: If a report was not assigned to a specific folder, it is located in the Missing Reports folder and is not displayed on the SAP Business One Main Menu.
3.In the right work area, choose the Run Report button. (OK)

4. If the report contains many data source connections that are not all covered in the license server or license file, the Login to Data Source window opens. Specify the user code and password for each data source and press the OK button.
5. In the Report Selection Criteria window, enter the required information.

6. Choose the OK button.

What the system returned to me in the attempts that I tried:
1) empty file

2)
file error

error in the formula 'record selection'

date from

this field name is unknown

details: ErrorKind

Hi colivia,

You appear to have the same scenario as mentioned in SAP Note 3236161.

If it is not the same issue, we would ask you to create an incident for SAP Business One Support Team to get it investigated.
