Extending BP type Person for Customer role

Hello,
we have BP of type Person (not customer internal nr. range) with assigned roles:
000000 BP (General)
BUP003 Employee
FS0000
I'm trying to extend this customer for role FLCU01 Customer. Manually it works fine.
While using migration cockpit - template Cusomer - extend existing record by new org. levels. I get an error message: Language Key KNA1-SPRAS is required entry field. But these BP's aren't having any KNA1-SPRAS entry when extended manually.
Maybe I'm not using correct migration template? I hope it can be done other than manually, thanks for advice.

Hello,
we got official answer from SAP that customer roles: FLCU00, FLCU01 need to be present, then extension can be done.

Also I've found i can't find BP's type person in Export Master Data - Business Partners App. Any hint here? My BP has assigned role: BUP003.

Hello Matej,

As per the KBA 3011873 - Cannot use extending object to migrate customer / supplier master data the extending of Customers/Suppliers can only be done to new Organisations (Sales Area / Purchasing Orgs) if they already are assigned the customer/supplier role. The extension also only works for new extensions e.g. to new Sales Areas/Purchasing Organisations to which they are not yet assigned.
