I would like to share a query that came to me recently.

Is there a way to check the data of the data source extensions fields before the final output of the sales documents?

Yeah, there is a way to check data source extensions fields before to have the final output for the sales documents.

Please check the KBA 3111018 - How to check data source extensions fields at the output form.

Basically you can follow the steps:

- For sales orders: on the first screen of VA02 or VA03, fill the sales order number, then select menu path More -> Sales Document -> Issue Output To... Then select Display Document.

- For sales quotations: on the first screen of VA22 or VA23, fill the sales quotation number, then select menu path More -> Sales Document -> Issue Output To... Then select Display Document.
