Factor1/2 can not be changed in the purchase order after it issued partially

Hi Experts,

I dealing with an issue I cannot explain.
I have a Purchase order with factor1 = 3 and factor2 =5 the quantity is 100

The PO was issued to P/A invoice on qty of 25

Now I'm trying to reduce the quantity in the PO to 50 (Sap lets me change, the field, editable).

The issue - is when I change the quantity, factor1, 2, it reset the value to "1" and the factors fields are not editable.

From one side I can change the quantity from the other side I can't change the factors that reset automatically.

Please if anybody has an idea what to do it will help a lot.
