Fiori: deleted store is blocking creation of purchase order

Dear colleagues,

We are using S/4HANA 1709 FPS01 with ISR_RETAIL activated.

Using Fiori we can't create a purchase order, because of the following error message "Store SL10 not known in system."

Store SL10 has previously been deleted, but for some reason FIORI still keeps a reference to it. So far we have deleted the cache using /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES and also clear the buffers.

but without any result.

We have no problem creating purchase order using SAP Desktop GUI on Windows

Please, advice how to remove the reference.

Hi Andras,

Thank you, for your fast response. I did as you proposed. We don't have any value set for the plant field.

I tried, setting another plant (site), just to check if this will make any change. It did not work. 😞

I have not faced with such before, but let's give a chance to this:

1. Open transaction FPB_MAINTAIN_PERS_S
2. Enter personalization dialog DIA_LO_SRS and the User name
3. Enter the default plant (site) - is it maybe the deleted one?
