Fixed Asset_Manual depreciation

Dear Experts,

Please help me to choose the solution for below case:

I have a fixed asset:

Depreciation Start date: 01/04/2023

Useful life: 12

Remaining life: 3

Depreciation type: Straight line.

APC: 40,620,750 VND

In 2023, the depreciation below:

In 2024, a wrong posting period was post with the sub period is the year. So we cannot use depreciation run. We have to change to use Manual depreciation.

For the first depreciaton in 2024:

When we create the manual deprecation run, the system notify a message:
NBV of asset "A0000001" cannot fall below zero; change the total

After checking the system carefully. I got a SAP Note told the rule:

The planed depreciation always was be added in the formular to calculate. It's mean that when you have VND 6,770,126 VND for the last 3 usefull day, it is also mean PLaned depreciation + Manual depreciation = VND 6,770,126
And you cannot assume that Planed depreciation = 0 VND

I don't know how to solve this case. Please help me to finish it.
