Frequency for SSAM purge program execution

The most recent Mobile Add-On for S/4HANA Installation Guide version 1.0 SP13 lists the purges that are required for a SSAM implementation, but does not state any recommended frequencies. The following purges area listed:

/SYCLO/CORE_PUSH_PROC_PROG

/MFND/CORE_SVR_PAGE_PURGE_PROG

/MFND/CORE_CLNT_ST_PURGE_PROG

/MFND/CORE_DEPOBJ_Q_PURGE_PROG

/SMFND/IBQ_TRANS_PURGE_PROG

The Mobile Add-On for ERP does list recommended frequencies for the purge jobs for ERP. Is there an official recommendation for frequency for S4 purge jobs?

Also - the Mobile Add-On Security Guide lists several other purge programs that are not listed in the installation guide. Are any of these required to be set up as batch jobs, or are they just list for "ad-hoc" usage as needed? Examples: /SYCLO/CORE_PURGE_UTILITY_PROG, /SYCLO/CORE_EXCH_PURGE_PROG, /SYCLO/CORE_PUSH_PURGE_PROG, /SYCLO/CORE_SYSSTAT_PURGE_PROG

Did you have any luck with the purge programs? We seem to be experiencing purge issues.

We are running them daily in this order

1. /MFND/CORE_CLNT_ST_PURGE_PROG

2. /MFND/CORE_DEPOBJ_Q_PURGE_PROG
3. /SYCLO/CORE_EXCH_PURGE_PROG

4. /SYCLO/CORE_SYSSTAT_PURGE_PROG
5. /SYCLO/CORE_PURGE_UTILITY_PROG
6. /MFND/CORE_SVR_PAGE_PURGE_PROG
