Hide/show fields in MM01/02/03 by user

Hello,

I have a requirement were we need to hide some fields of the master material transactions (MM01/MM02/MM03) according to user groups. I found out that it is possible to configure the visibility and other field characteristics using transactions OMSR/OMS2/OMS9 however I don't see an option were I would be able to link a field selection group to an user profile or authorization check.

Also, my analyst experts say it is not possible to solve this problem through SHD0.

Is there any way to solve my problem without inserting our custom code into an standard transaction?

You may find it in OMT3E transaction - left side folder for user screen reference.
