Tammy is correct in that you will need to clarify your product/topic of interest. Not all SAP products are listed; only the one's accepting feedback. There are also several different types of programs depending on the state of the product (e.g. early development, mainstream, maintenance mode)

SAP Customer Connection and SAP Continuous Influence are the two most common for existing products.
From those pages in the overview you can follow the links that filter to the existing set of 'open for improvement requests' products.
