How the header dates are populated in collective outbound delivery ?

Hello Gurus,

I am facing a problem with delivery header dates in processing tab for the following fields.

- Trans. Planning

- Loading

- Planned PGI

- Delivery date

Our business scenario is to create collective outbound delivery for various order with various dates, system populating old dates (dates in past which is senseless), we need to have dates starting from delivery processing date to future. How to control it.

Please observe the following example;

order 1

- Trans. Planning 4 jan

- Loading - 4 jan

- Planned PGI - 5 jan

- Delivery date - 7 jan

order 2

- Trans. Planning - 5 feb

- Loading - 5 feb

- Planned PGI - 7 feb

- Delivery date - 9 feb

I am creating delivery on March 10, in delivery --> header processing tab dates should show in future;

- Trans. Planning - 15 March

- Loading - 15 March

- Planned PGI - 17 March

- Delivery date - 19 March.

How to control these dates, any help would be highly appreciated.

there was some custom table logic overwriting standard, found in debugging. thanks for both gentlemen and both answers were useful.

Hi @anand.ks

You could try to reschedule the sales order schedule lines delivery date. As all the other dates mentioned above are calculated based on the delivery date. So if you have a future date in the schedule lines, then the other dates would be also calculated accordingly.

Our delivery always carry numerous lines (say more than 100 lines), each line coming from different sales orders. when created collective delivery for all these lines, delivery header should take latest dates, currently it is taking some past dates which gives no sense.

Could you please check what is the value of Rescheduling (TVLK - NEUTE ) for your delivery type?
