How to find the Copy Controls in S/4HANA Cloud

Customers do not know how to find the copy controls from Delivery to Invoice and Invoice to Invoice in S/4HANA Cloud system.

Copying control from Delivery to Invoice and Invoice to Invoice are configurable in SSCUI 'Define Copying Control for Delivery Document to Billing Document' and 'Define Copying Control for Billing Document to Billing Document' respectively in "Manage your solution" app or under "Configuration Activities" ( in case of SAP Central Business Configuration ).

Please follow the below steps to access SSCUIs 'Define Copying Control for Delivery Document to Billing Document' and 'Define Copying Control for Billing Document to Billing Document' :

1. Log on to the project experience in SAP Central Business Configuration.
2. In the Product-Specific Configuration phase, navigate to the Configurations tab.
3. Set the relevant search filters, to find the 'Define Copying Control' activities under Billing and Invoicing .
4. You can also filter out the results by selecting only "Billing and Invoicing" under Areas in left panel
5. In the Configuration Activities section, select the 'Define Copying Control for Delivery Document to Billing Document' or 'Define Copying Control for Billing Document to Billing Document' .
6. Choose 'Go to Activity' to navigate directly to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.
