How to make default the proficiency in the t.code PPPM while assigning Qualifications to an Emp

Dear Experts

Is it possible to make defaulting the proficiency in the t.code PPPM while assigning the Qualification to an Employee?

If yes, please guide how to default the proficiency as "Certified" while assigning the Qualification to an employee in the t.code PPPM as shown in the below screen shot.

Currently, manually selecting the proficiency as Certified using F4.
