Hi All,
I am new to time schema and need your advise. I wanted to know how to set the time cut off period same as payroll period. My client is giving Meal allowance based on attendance. If i set a cut off day for time period e..g 25, then i will not able to pay 26-31th meal allowance to the staff when i run payroll end of the month. Is it ok that i did not set cut off period?
Thanks,
Ling
What happens to the Attendances on the 26-31 period?

There are many discussion threads on the relations between Time Evaluation and Payroll Period. Please do a little search on the subject, and look at the HCM Time Management Wiki Page on this site.
Note that any Time Data that is processed in the current Payroll Period should be processed retroactively in the next Payroll Period.

I am not sure I understand, but I will try to provide a suggestion:
You can use the operation to determine if a date is the first or last day of a pay period. You can use this as a criteria to count work days, or days with attendances or whatever your criteria may be.
Hope this is helpful.
Cheers,
