In which field the language value gets stored while printing sales document (VF03)

While printing a sales document using VF03, it prompts to "choose your language". I intend to add a query in the logic using this language. How can i get it / which variable is it stored in because it may or may not be the same as system language.

Edit: I have found the field. It is of character type length 1 which makes it difficult to differentiate between 'EN' and 'ES' and only the first character is saved in the variable during the compiling of the program.
